Okay so I guess I haven't been very good about updating my journal and whatnot, so here's a half-assed attempt at bucking that trend (as well as giving myself a chance to practice using only half my ass at a time)...

I've recorded a few new terrible songs which you can hear at www.myspace.com/eyeballkid. If anyone plays drums or sings and feels like volunteering their services, please don't hesitate to let me know. Because my drum machine ain't cutting it and my voice can barely carry a cough, let alone a tune.

I saw Ted Leo + the Pharmacists this weekend at the Casbah and he totally rocked socks. I wish Ted were my older brother or at least my neighbor or something.

Going to Phoenix next weekend to visit my sister. I get to rent a car and charge it all to her which is pretty cool, and even cooler still is the fact that she's staying at the Ritz-Carlton which means I'm staying on the floor at the Ritz-freakin-Carlton! I feel so classy.

Lastly, I need a new job. Popping corn for $7.20 an hour at Landmark Theaters just somehow isn't cutting it, though all the free movies and food and entry into the Casbah are not to be underestimated.
