I got this email from a friend. her boyfriend and my friend has been in the hopital for a hit and run on his mc about a month and a half ago, he was unconcious for two weeks. and slowy has been waking up. I thought you guys might want to read it.


Great! So can you put in an update!!!! HIS TRACH TUBE IS OUT!!!!! they
took it out thursday morn and he's EATING THRU HIS MOUTH! every time i'm
there he aslks me what we're having for dinner- he said last night (after i
told him for the 3rd time that we can't eat tyet) "I'm getting obsessed with
this dinner idea" so be prepared- the man will be wanting food soon! Yay!
ANd he was in just great spirits yesterday- i called him this morn (fri)
just before 9 when he has PT and he answers the phone, saying "whats' up
sweetheart? I gotta go to work pretty quick here- i mean PT" and he just
sound so much more like himself again- i am so happy! and NOW i'm getting
stiff and need a backrub- christ it only took me a month!
so go see him! Pleas be sensitive to signs he's getting tired- he's very
polite and might not ask you to leave- and if you could PLEASE introduce
yourselves- he knows so many beautiful people and even before this has
always had a hard time remembering names, so help him out and avoid
awkwardness-
all ya gotta say is "hey john! it's so-and-so and so-and-so!"
i'll be there a lot this weekend- wanna get him outside!
