I have been nursing the worst headache all morning... damn my abnormally structured entire right sinus area! It really really sucks that even being an insured individual, if I want to be able to breath out of my right nostril I need to spend $70 a month on steroid spray. Fuck that! I will self medicate with caffeine, forced sneezing, spacial orientation (tilt the head, upsidown, to the right, to the left, up, down...) and marijuana! Oh yes. You may call me Doctor C.

I do have to start looking "not high" because today is payday... I hate it when payday is on a day I'm not working! Granted, I only live 1 mile away from work and the bank, but it's my day off and I'm in my jammies, and high. Guh.

I had a "too close to home" moment this week. There was a domestic violence murder/suicide a few days ago over near Olalla... I just found out that the girl that was killed was my friend's ex-girlfriend. So fucking sad... current boyfriend got all violent on her, so she had him hauled off to jail for the night. Well his mommy bailed him out a few hours later.. boy went back to girl's place, her dad got in the way and the boyfriend shot him - then she tried to run, and he gunned her down in the driveway, then shot himself. The dad has been in intensive care, and may make it. She is dead. She had a baby, I think about a year old. So fucking sad. I hope the mother that bailed her son out thinks about it every single day of her life. I hope that when we finally pull our heads out of our asses and pass some decent domestic violence laws we will remember Teresa Marie Delisio.
