Last night for dinner I made.

Pork chops with Mustard Greens

2 /3 TBS Olive Oil
1 big bunch of Mustard Greens ( Stems removed )
2 cloves Garlic ( chopped fine )
1 Pearl Onion (chopped Fine )
2 porkchops ( Seasiond to taste. I used Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasioning)

in a pan I put the Olive Oil, Garlic, and Onion and simmered untill transparent. then I added the Mustard Greens
Lower heat and cover. ( Every so often Move the Greens aroundso they get a good even cooking)

In another pan I cooked the Porks chops.
When The pork chops are coked add them to the Greens pot. and cook for another 5 /10 min ( Depending on doneness of greens. When the Greens look like Cooked Spinich there Done.

Plate and Eat.
