It's official. I'm middle aged. I had to start physical therapy for my left shoulder. I didn't injure it, but the joint got tight over time and I lost range of motion. I hadn't noticed until one day I had pain. The PT is working and I'll be back to 100% in no time. But damn, this is annoying. It does make me wonder if other joints seem to be working fine, but really aren't. Yet another reason to start going to the gym.
