I follow Jordan Hinson, who played Zoe on the TV show Eureka. She frequently posts pics of the steaks she cooks. Recently, she posted a pic while cooking one in a pan. I've never done that, so I decided to give it a shot tonight. I tenderized the steak with a mallet and McCormick steak seasoning. I used 2 tablespoons of butter and about a teaspoon of olive oil in the pan. I let the butter melt and cooked each side for 4 minutes. OMG. Sooo good.
