On 1/3, I started the ketogenic diet. I did it back in 2017 and had great success. Then, in classic yo-yo diet fashion, I put it all back on. This year, I'm taking it all off again. My goal weight is 190lb (I'm 6'2"). I made it down to 208lb in 2017. Unlike last time, I plan to go to the gym a couple days per week. I just need to get my lazy ass in gear and do it (I have the membership).
