ah..i hate my apartment!!!!!!pge charges so fucking much .So if i want to keep my house warm i have to give them my paycheck.My stupid land lady won't fix the windows where the wind loves to whip of the willamette and thru my house and chill my ass to the bone.I need someone warm to stay w/ me...................
