You weren't driving, and you weren't like: WOOO-HOOO, HELL YEAH MOTHERFUCKERS, SUCK IT , right? You had just stepped foot outside (anger rising - hate cops). That is bullshit, and it should get dropped. Ask for a public defender, they're not that bad, I had to use one & he worked it for me.
