... you know I was expecting a very busy time at work Thanksgiving night. I was wrong. Very Wrong. I spent most of the time at work sitting down reading my Microbiology book. Nothing exciting. Not a damn thing. Around 5am I asked my charge nurse if I could go home and she said yes. I was in bed by 6.
Today I went to see my tattoo guy to start work on another piece. I'm adding to my backpiece. All that was done was the outline but it was great hanging around the tattoo shop while he drew up the design. They love it when I come around and tell all my ER stories. One of the artists, a cute lesbian, made my day with this complement:
"You know you're very cute and funny. I'm surprised you don't have a girlfriend"
