So today I'm trying to be a good student and started to study for my two test next Wednesday. yeah I'm a geek but you know what, since I'm not home this weekend I might as well be productive to some extent. So I'll be studying and working most of this break. I'm sure working 7p to 7a on Thanksgiving night will be interesting. I'm sure I'll end up working on some Jerry Springer-like family brawl trauma (Uncle Jessie gets beamed in the head with a gravy bowl, Junior got his dick stuck in the turkey again, etc).
Then on Friday I'm getting some work done on my back. I'm getting the Chinese Character stuff covered up with an abstract Koi. This comes from a painting that I have in my house that I got in China. Here's a pic:
I'm going to get the red one first but, what I would like to add is that the fins and most of the details be in a "flame" pattern and the other Koi to be blue with the details to be in a "water" pattern. They'll be swimming around the sun, so it will be two fish swimming in circles. My personal duality of man. I'll explain that further later.
I got some good news on the Graduate School front. MCG called me to schedule an interview in December, then later on in the day I got an email from the Oregon Health Science University inviting me to an interview. So I'm two for eleven sofar
Most of them state that they will be contacting people the end of this month/ the begining of December for interviews. It's kinda scarey.
So if anyone who reads this knows anything about Portland please feel free to post it here or PM me. I would greatly appreciate it. I've never been there before but I love the pacific NW.

Good for you getting to work early, especially if you can't this weekend. I wouldn't call that geeky, I'd call it smart.
