So the other board that I keep a more "up to date" journal on is offline. so I guess I'll update from here and then copy and paste when it is back up.

So this weekend I went to Toronto, Canada to see the family. I met up with my mom, dad and sister but didn't get to meet the rest of the family until Saturday night. It was so good to see them again. Many Uncles, Aunts and cousins that I hadn't seen since 2002. I was suppose to go last year but because of the SARS outbreak in Canada I couldn't make it.

So three of my cousins now have kids. I got to meet all the new additions to the family. What can I say I was so amazed that these cousins are now parents. But all three of them have been married for years, settled down and are at points in their lives where they are ready to have kids.

So taking this into account I'm sure you can guess what questions were asked my way this weekend. Yes the classic "are you dating anyone" or "Why can't you find a nice Chinese girl in Athens, Georgia" etc.

So where my answers to the following questions:

"Are you dating anyone?"

NO! Women have this adverse effect on my soul. They rot and wither it away.

"Why can't you find a nice Chinese girl in Athens, Georgia"

I can't find anyone because, I AM THE ONLY CHINESE PERSON IN ATHENS, GEORGIA

I really hope those responses quiet them down when I go back to visit in August.
