Sunday morning.... I now join the millions upon millions of the people in this world who's biological clocks are now headfucked from the joyous bi-yearly tradition called daylight savings time.
What a weekend. V and M came up Thursday night. Friday morning V and I went to breakfest before I was off to work. Nothing like a chocolate chip scone and a cup of coffee with a close friend to make the day so much better. That half hour of just bullshitting with her, picking up where we left off... I never knew how strong the bond between true friends grow when you're apart, how easy it is to pick up where you left off. How no matter how much the two of you talk on the phone, their meer prescence just lifts you to your feet and turns you into a morning person for one day
After breakfest I took her to the ER showed her around, what I do and then met up with her and M for lunch after work then a nice Six Feet Under marathon while we grilled out at my place, smokin my hookah.
So Saturday was the International Street Festival in Downtown Athens. Went down with the girls and just had a good time walking around people watching, enjoying the international music. Dinner afterward at a Cuban Restaurant, then went to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. All I have to say is that Gondry is a Genious!
**Sigh I miss her already** Nothing brightens your day like the comfort of a good friend.
