There doesn't seem much purpose to posting them all here though. Instead I'll just say that pages one through nine are viewable here.

In other news this week the technology gods have cursed me, I've watched Batman Begins, Gotham Knight and The Dark Knight in sequence, and done a load of washing that consisted entirely of work clothes and underpants which made me feel a bit boring.
