One of the best experiences life can throw at you is a lazy Sunday with a new love. Waking up with each other and just letting the sun flow from one end of the house to the other like a tide. Catching every detail of her. The way the afternoon half light caught in her freckles and her skin drank the evening shadow.
The above is fiction but at least it disproves the whole 'you write what you know thing.' Life writing is great, but somehow taking life experiences and dressing them up as fiction still feels like plagiarism.
This weekend was very full on work wise but finished nicely with awesome food with Rob and Lee, cheers guys. Nothing cures stress like good food and movie shopping. Good times.
