More freaking delays. 
Plane from Toronto delayed due to dickhead passengers who hadn't a clue. Missed my connection in Amsterdam, caught the next flight out and got held up before landing at Heathrow and then got held up for fudging ages because another plane was using the stand designated to my flight.
....but I'm home now, have had a cup of tea and have opened my credit card statements.
