Went to the Horseshoe Tavern last night, $6 to see 4 bands. 1st up, the Bull Moose (I think that's what they called). Pretty good 3 piece but they bassist probably shouldn't chip in as his song was really the only weak part of their set. The 2nd band up were..............not as good but had an enthusiastic lead. You knew things were bad when he threatened the crowd with playing for another half hour. It was more than I could take, so I left without hearing the other two bands. They probably RAWKED but I'll never know now.
