A light has shone upon me in the form of a free monitor to replace my old one. For the past year or so I have been surfing this beloved website of ours with a broken piece of machinery. I don't have the technical background to tell you what went wrong with it. I just know that something inside stopped working the way it should, causing my colors and brightness to reach a level of funkification I can only describe as 'tranquilized.' Everything was subdued by this broken component and my sseven year old monitor lost it's vibrance, rendering it unsuitable for proper pornographic viewing. As a result, I browsed only a few of the SG's photosets because my eyes could only take so much "green pea soup" skin tone. I was forced to turn the gamma up so damned high so I could make out a banner or text that it literally washed away details of the human face. Perhaps it's a testament to my laziness, or maybe my ability to simply adjust and accept bad things, but I still cannot believe I lasted almost a whole year on that retina-raping contraption. This new monitor is a wonderful step forward in my life.

So, what did I just do? I accidently poked my friggin' eye out with a vitamin when I tried to toss it in my mouth and missed.

New monitor? Woohoo!

That's funny, you taking apart the toilet... I do the same kind of things when I'm bored. Yeah, all of this work is good for me, but I need to learn how to walk away from it more, instead of burying myself in it for days without a break.
