Strange things happen all the time...
My date the other night went well. Really well. I, folks, am no longer a single man. Being now committed to a lovely and talented girl named Jessica, I am probably the happiest I've been in a long time. I cannot stress how great she is. How'd this happen so fast? I have no idea, but I will say I'm one step closer to believing in that "love at first sight" business. Something just hit me when I met her. Really, really hard.
I brought her a single pink rose for our first date, picked her up and slipped over to the local Mr. B's (a place she loves) for some vegetarian pizza. The pizza, by the way, was awesome. After that, we hung out at a bookstore. Thats right folks, a bookstore on a date. Now, you KNOW this girl is my type when she loves bookstores that much. We ended the night with a movie at my place, where we fell asleep in each other's arms.
