Bizarro Sealab 2021. this is amazing. ride of my life. Bizarro Professor Quinne is a half slimy chicken that only says 'Bizarro' and jumps around like a child. Ofourse Captain Murphy never disappoints. But Bizarro Captain Murphy was the opposite. Figure. I mean Bizarro.

In reference to how I feel right now, see profile pic over to the left.

Re: Pot and Meditation

OK, for some background, I was into meditation for a while before even touching pot. When i started reading some Robert Anton Wilson, I thought about the use of drugs with occult pursuits and decided the best way to decide was empirically. I smoked some pot and decided I liked it, then I started using it in meditation.

My findings were simple; cannabis gets me to a very deep place in my meditations if I use it before I meditate. However, a good enough meditation can get me to the same place. Now, for the kicker; if I'm in a good frame of mind where I can get as deep as the pot gets me on my own, when I use the pot, I get yet deeper. The effects are complimentary, not a replacement. I don't do it all the time because my practices are pretty fluid, but I do find it a valuable tool.

When I smoke or meditate, I often come up with ideas or produce associations that I don't in normal consciousness. Honestly, I think any doubts you have likely spring from "after-school special" DEA agitprop. You just need to work through the doubt. Drugs and meditation only call up what is already there.
