It's that time of year again.
The time of year when every Saturday/Sunday is a greeting card buying, check writing, small talking, buffet abusing, keg slamming afternoon into evening.
Tomorrow I have a Communion party, and Sunday a Christening. Next weekend, a Wedding and another Communion. Woo-hoo!! Catholics party like it's 1999!!
Oh well ... any excuse for a party, I guess. I almost feel bad about Ian's communion party tomorrow ... it starts at 3pm - the same time as Flyers/Sens game 5. Everyone is going to spend the first three hours of the party gathered around the TV ... and if the orange and black should somehow lose ... ah, we'll all be drunk by then.
