It has been another long day in the life that is me.

I'm going on 24 hours of continual wakefulness as I type this ... in dwarf terms I am currently Sleepy and Grumpy with a dash of Dopey thrown in for good measure.

My friends came over tonight and I found it rather surreal that we were sitting around eating tacos, drinking beers, smoking weed, and playing Tiger Woods golf on the PS2 while simultaneously watching and listening to the beginning of the war on the picture-in-picture.

Reality TV certainly has come into its own.

I need to get my shit together to make the proposed road trip come off smoothly. Tomorrow is pretty much my last free day to clean up some of the day to day shit before I disappear for a week.

Friday and Saturday have already been slated to help my best friend move into a new house, and I'm scheduled to leave on the big drive Sunday evening.

I seriously need a palace coup to knock me off the throne of the King of the Procrastinators.
