I had to go to Target today for some usual bullshit ... laundry detergent, kitty litter, paper towels ... just a few of the day to day necessities. It took me almost an HOUR from the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I left. Yeah, I realize Christmas is in a couple of weeks but AN HOUR?!? That's just not right.
Tomorrow is the final regular season game for the Eagles at Veterans Stadium. That place is gonna be crazy ... they were smart when they scheduled it as a 1:00 game. Of course everybody knows we'll all get to see at least one more game at The Vet ... and probably TWO. It would be really cool to get to see the Eagles win the NFC Championship on the shitty turf before they implode the fucker. I have some great memories at The Vet ... from both the Phillies and the Eagles ... but the place is an absolute dump. I still love it.
