So we have 38 performers who make $16 an hour and 20 technical staff who make $11 an hour. Why is it ok to cut the techs down to $10. I'm so pissed right now. My supervisors keep trying to give me pats on the back and tell me what a great job i do and how i can do whatever i want to next year and have whatever hours i want. I just want to spit in their faces. Prove it. Pay me what im worth or kiss my ass
