Today: ordering beads and elastic from a craft catalogue. I'm going to make bracelets and badges and sell them (i hope). On the not so bright side i must put money into my overdrawn accountS!

I am not in St. Croix. I leave Sept !st. You still have time.

Hurricane season is a busy time. I will be at work this weekend setting up logistics, security and evacuating all the military members and the families if needed. I will stay behind with a select few to maintain security throughout the base. I think I will bring a bottle of Jack and put it in my desk.

I think we do tend to fill our lives with possessions rather than concentrating on encouraging our own sense of satisfaction and happiness. I think we figure that possessions = happiness, but happiness and contentment are internal feelings so what we are doing is just postponing our having to face our feelings and sense of being by supplementing happiness with new possessions.

I suck, if i have money in my bank i always find a way to convince myself to buy something, a book, a cd, clothes, a gadget which i will use for about 2 days and then abandon. One of these days i will learn.

I need a passport to get to spain in a couple of months. To be honest i'm not really looking forward to it but my folks are paying.

3 days? Geezer.
