So last Monday burstandbloom, myself, and my new pal Shane all went to the Pedro the Lion show. I swooned to their music (so, shut your face about the emo comments).
Parades are in full swing for Mardi Gras (Feb 8th for those of you who are wondering when the fuck it is). Parties start blowin in three weeks before the 8th. I took these picts at night, so forgive the darkness and camera shake. I had people running in front of me for beads cheap plastic on a string that people will lose their dignity for.

So, Im getting ready to work a twelve day stretch. Im not sure if Ive told yall how much I HATE my job, so this no day off shit may just force me to quit. Ill be quite surprised if I stick it out. I wanted to save up a nestled bed of money before quitting, but cest la vive. Wish me luck.
