WARNING: The following entry may fall upon your puny heads in a rain of random non-sequiters, trains of thought weaving across each other before colliding into each other in a horrific pile-up of cogitation and pretension. Horrible tragedy. Hundreds dead. Railtrack to blame. Unfortunately that's just the way my brain-meat has been working, if that's the correct word, these days. Blame it on the new job, which leaves me with long periods of time with nothing more to occupy me than finding a new way to look busy whilst failing to compose beautiful symphonies in my head.

I appear to have been neglecting my SG duties as of late, even more so than usual. I blame most of this on World of Warcraft, but in addition I seem to be having one of my weird phases where I swing away from something for a couple of weeks before getting right back into it again. Just watch, in a little while you won't be able to keep me away from this place.

So. I have a date of sorts coming up soon. This'll be the first time in quite some time now, I think I may have forgotten how to do it. No, no, I don't mean I've forgotten how to do it. I've been watching plenty of 'educational videos' for that, I think I have the hang of it. No, I mean dating, that's the thing where you try to hide from each other all your horrible little flaws till you can love each other as you really are, right? Needless to say, I'm somewhat nervous. I can only hope to impress her with my raw, animal sexuality and irrepresable charm. Bugger.

In other news... well... there isn't much other news really. It's all been very quiet at Creamy HQ recently. I've not been doing much recently, in part due to the fact that I need to save up money for my forthcoming holiday to San Francisco, about which I am stupidly excited. I'm looking forwards to doing extremely touristy things, and possibly hooking up with some SGSF folks and harvesting more SG heads to mount on my wall having a nice, civilised chat with possibly one or two fermented beverages. I also intend ot eat my body weight in mexican food, all things willing. Although not all at once, there'd be seepage. And possibly very soggy explosions.

I end this entry with a word of warning: Whatever you do, don't buy Pariah for the X-Box. It's a game that wants to be Halo 2 SOOOOOO bad but is unfortunately let down by being entirely mediocre and possessed of some of the worst storytelling known to man. I'm currently playing through a level in which two slightly different-looking groups of men in green-brown armour shoot at each other. I actually had to walk up to each in turn and poke them to see if any of them were on my side. I don't have the faintest idea who any of them are, where I'm going or what I'm doing. All I know is I seem to be thoroughly anti-social because I shoot everyone I come into contact with. Plus there's some annoying bird running around with some kind of mysterious virus. Which I might have too. Or something. Who knows, maybe she's a robot. A robot ninja.
