You know what the best part about having to deal with irritating, gobby 13-year-olds is? They have no capacity for dealing with even slightly complex sarcasm

"Well the people in charge were worried that if they were allowed to get onto the chatrooms, the kids might meet up with strange men who abduct them and leave their lifeless body in a ditch. And, as much as I'd like to make an exception just for you, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do abuot it."

In other news, Doom 3 is a fantastic engine in search of a game (although it is quite creepy) and my mum, who is going to Ireland for less than a week to visit relatives, has jsut let me know the details on my dad's pensions so if something happens to them I know who to contact to collect. She's about 42-43. This tells you an awful lot about her.
