Over the past year ive lost focus and got a little pudgy around the edges

well, as of yesterday ive set myself a strict diet and gym routine, ordered some supplements and need to ensure i have enough willpower to see it through!

so far today im feeling quite good, drinking plenty of nettle tea and water, not had the Pepsi withdrawal headaches yet, but im sure they'll come!

Id better pack up my laptop and head to the gym... Have a nice evening peeps
