I have great memories of "South Pacific" since I was involved in a theatre production of this show many years ago. I was both one of the sailors as well as the French housekeeper. It was a great cast. I was watching the DVD of the movie the other night and thought that someone should modernize the music of "South Pacific" for today's dance market. And then I had this idea to do a complete rework of the entire soundtrack myself on my DJ software where I have a blast doing mixing.
