I practiced yoga this morning and I was reminded how I've neglected my practice. I didn't realize my body missed it so much. No more 3 month hiatuses! Busy is not an excuse!
I have some time before I have to go teach tonight. I thought I'd curl up on my bed with a sexy book and my vibrator.
