I have to wonder if anybody else from the site showed up at the Ottobar on Friday... it was so crowded I could hardly find anybody I had already met. I can't imagine tracking down somebody based on a grainy digital camera pic...
But it was fun. As per usual, I took too much advantage of the cheap drinks in Baltimore. If I lived there I'd be an alcoholic by now, no question.
Saturday I worked 'til closing, then went over to the Black Cat for Mousetrap... same thing, different friends, $2 surcharge per drink for the privilege of drinking it in DC...
What else? My so-called novel is languishing due to work... just when I finally start using my free time productively there's less of it! Gotta get more organized, I guess...

The sad thing is that sometimes, as a woman, i get to a point where ANY random guy who talks to me becomes "that guy", just because i don't WANT to be picked up or flirted with. It's sad but true...in settings like a club I'm pretty much suspicious of anyone that I don't know.
