i was reading you entry in the pierced group and it sounds to me like that's a keloid popping up. to fix that take one aspirin and dissolve in one cup of warm water and soak you piercing in it. it will seem akward to soak your nose but it will take the keloid down. to avoid them is near impossible and just try to clean it everyday w/ warm water and soap and that should help a bit. also, won't pick at it, and don't change it that often. message me back if you have any other questions. i worked in a shop before i became a nurse, so i'll try and help any way i can.
