I have updates about the kitty! But first, I want to thank everybody who sent positive thoughts our way. It means a lot & they certainly helped! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Well, he had 2 infected teeth that needed to be removed, which I'm sure he's not too happy about, but it could have been much worse. When we took him to the vet Monday night, he insisted we leave him there so they could start him on antibiotics & do some tests. At that point, we didn't know what was going on with him. The vet mentioned the possibility of a tumor, which really had me panicking! If I would have known for sure it was a dental issue from the start, I don't think I would have been quite as freaked out. But, they removed the teeth, got rid of the infection, & even cleaned the rest of his teeth & gave him a fluoride treatment. He was able to come home last night & I'm so happy to have him back! He's been quite the sleepyhead so far lol! (& of course, he's loving all the attention!) So, hopefully we won't have any more scares for a while.
