Hey kids!

How fucking long does it take me to update???

I just couldn't get motivated.... thanks to all that responded to my bitching... I appreciate it...
Well it has been another week of phoe tag with various jobs.... the colorado connect never paid off....
I had a phone interview with enterprise and am republic ions is trying to talk to me...
hopefully something pays off...


my boss has been a real dick lately... he is off for a wedding until Wednesday... THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANyways it hit the head this week... I totally took him down a couple pegs.... He started off the week by writing me up for missing the 6th.... I walked off midsentence and I think that irritated him.... but I don't tolerate disrespect.... anyways so its his little thing to write me up but I talked to the person in charge of scheduling and he says there is not a damn thing he can do because dell has a very explicit system...youaccrue points and not until you hit 4 points do they give a verbal... the next half a point is a write up.... then you go on a plan and then you could be fired right... well I have only missed one day which means 1 point... so yeah anyways the next day I have to go to training.... keywords being mandatory training.... well I get back and now I have to take anassessment..... he stands there and bitches about how we have to hurry and we need to be on the phone right away... well I can't concentrate when people yell at me so I put my headphones on and he gets all pissy and takes away my ipod..... I stopped and said give me my ipod... he says no not until you finish your test... I say well I asked you nicely to stop yelling and carrying on so that I could finish the test and pass to avoid taking it over again... you refused so I put on the headphones so I could crank out the test and until you give me the ipod back I refuse to finish the test or get on the phone furthermore I will be forced to take this higher up. Considering they are the ones that think this training i essential I am sure they will be real pleased to hear how you treat your employees because of it. (I was not the only one trying to get him to stop being an ass) He says yeah right. I said is that a dare? Do you think that a I won't do it and or b that they won't take me seriously? I have done this before I know what I am doing... you will be lucky to be a janitor by the time I am done... so he gives the ipod back right....

So anyways I get on the phone takeand sale 2 calls and then decide to take my break which I missed while I was in training... he starts yelling at me about that.... I just take my break... I come back 5 minutes late and log in he comes over takes me off the phone and sits there telling me how the rules work... something to the effect that I won't be late and yadayada... at this point apparently thinking I give a shit he asks me what I will do to make sure I come back on time... I say first off I will not talk to you... had I not spent 5 minutes telling you how I am still legally entitled to a break and that you couldn't do shit to stop me from takinf it I would not have had to take a longer break it would have been exactly 15 minutes long... Then I said furthermore if you want respect not only do you have to earn it but you have to give it and the next time he decides to disrespect me it will become a very large HR issue... Then I turned and walked offf while he was trying to make a point sat down and proceeded to have a shitty sales night because I was so f'n pissed... He still hasn't learned anything from it in fact yesterday he tried to acvt like we were buddies. What a fuckhead but definately I am taking it all the way up the next time he acts like a dick to me or to my surrounding group...

he might just learn a lesson by the time I am done with him...
