Well I made today fun.....
It was chinese new year..... so I headed to the best chinese food place in the area, or so my dad claims....
it was decent but I think I would choose the ol' buffet place first its about the same price and if ya don't like what you pick you just repick.... Plus they actually can make egg rolls.... I have no clue what they were trying to pass off as an eggroll I was to scurred to give it a try.... I would have to say my mongollian beef was spicy and tasty.... if it wasn't for the crappy fried rice, the sourless hot and sour soup, and the scary eggroll I would have been happy.... It was fun none the less and it was nice to know someone besides the buffet place could put out a decent chinese meal....
Then we headed to the golf driving range and wacked away at some golf balls.... sometimes more succesfully then others.... Then my dad headed to work and from there I guess he and his lady took off to Bend Oregon to rendesvous with some friends until Sunday.... I headed o the coffee shop were I split my time between writing and reading.... then I decided to shoot some hoops..... I suck... and when you shoot hoops by yourself you are the one that always chases down the airballs and wierd angled rim shots...... which is probably good for my healt in the long run but wore me out in 30 minutes... once I rested I headed to work.... where I proceeded to sell decently.....
now I am home, I fed the rabbits and I checked out Lecia's set that was rejected (Unexplicably).... you should go look its awesome, she's awesome and she is beautiful!
Oh yeah and to top it all posh kept me in her list after she weeded out people and if her most recent set hadn't made me want to hump her leg that whole not being cut thing sealed the idea in my head...
well shit figured I should share a good mood for once...
I don't even care about the lack of work prospects! (well at least tonight)
Oh and my lame ass buddy that I have known since '91 is getting married in May and for whatever reason was being a tool about asking me to be a part of his wedding... which I will be honest when he hadn't mentioned it I was kinda pissed.... well anyway his lady wrote me to say... "I am not sure why Kevin is procrastinanting asking you. I figure I better get it done. Will you be a part of the wedding? I know he wants you to be and more than that I want you to be. Let me know." So that helped my mood turn positively....Of course that means that I have to actually go now.... Damn so much for the easy out......
So once the tax refund hits I will be saying no to the mac mini I dreamed about and hello to a plane ticket to phoenix in may!!
I know that may is a traditional marriage month but May + Phoenix = Disasterously hot. Well usually it does... I will hope for good weather.....
