So nothing new except another day at work so I will talk about it.....
People are really dumb..... We have "assessments" to figure out if we retain any of the crap they tell us... so we have questions related to material we were supposedly were taught.... Which they seem to teach by osmosis or some shit because the questions were all about shit we never discussed.... except once.... during the review where we use the test questions to review.... right before we take the test which of course is open book, note and intranet.... 100 percent all around right? Nope some people still get less than 100%.... specifically the girl I almost stabbed and like 5 other.... The trainer gave us the answers!!!!!!!!!!
Anyways..... so they keep giving us free stuff..... like nerf footballs and shirts..... could it be to disquise how crappy call centers are...
oh and most of these kids are fresh from high school so these two dumbasses were sitting around with their headsets on without any reason for it....
SO like I already need to get a new job and it is day 3.....
In the same new job vein I have an interview friday.... so hopefully it is not like all other jobs I have went to in this state... where there is no pay or benefits only commission
I want base pay at least...
Oh in totally unrelated but neat news... the two baby bunnies living in the house are finally completely cute and they fit in the palm of your hand.... I have been holding them lately and I will make sure to get a picture of them online as soon as I remember to take one....
