I was just offered a job! I am going to take it. I still have a few other things I am pursuing but I just got a job at the McMenamin's Pub in West Lynn, OR. It is about 10 minutes from my house. I am looking forward to working again. I am still pursuing a few other potential jobs that would make more money but I can breath again because I have a job on the burner...

That being said what is with all the interviewers that get so caught up in being "HONEST". You know what I mean the people that paint the bleakest picture of the job you are doing so that "you know what to expect". They say things like "We have a lot of fun but..." then they tell you all about the screw ups and the unpleasantness of the job. I already have a hard time believing we were put on thios earth to do a crap job every day I do not need help envisioning the worst case scenarios. I would like to avoid living in a cardboard box and complaining that the mice in my beard are talking to me! I think I know why they do this. It is not to 'inform' you it is so that after you take the job and every day blows ass they can say"Hey I told you that during your interview!"
