I have been a busy bastard! I never am on here long enough to say hi to friends but it seems neither are they so I forgive myself. I hope you are all doing well.

I am doing pretty good. I have more projects then I can handle at this point! I am pretty busy trying to get the insurance thing started. I am still waiting for the state to send my licenses because when that happens I can do more then sit on the sidelines.

The call center job is still going well because of the simplicity of the gig. I do not have to put much thought into it and I usually don't even realize they are mad. I had a newbie sit with me today and I had a call and they were upset about something but I just let them speak and then I would launch back into the spiel after I apologized and no matter what flew out of the guys mouth I just stayed calm. When I was done the newbie was like "Wow how did you handle him cussing at you like that?" I told her that the person on this phone does not know me, we are not friends so whatever he is saying is irrelelvant. In addition to that if they don't want to pay for more minutes on the cell phone I can not help them so they can get mad all they want but I can only do one thing for them. So most of the time I just let them vent while I read a magazine, scribble out a design or write a quick thought down. I have to be very grumpy to react to their attitude. She was like I could never do that. I said then this job might be hard for you. I think she might have been an idiot on top of all that. She didn't seem to bright.
