I think I will go for a bike ride today. There nothing like good ol cardiovascular exercise. There was a time when pedaling 30miles was a cinch for me and running a mile in under 5 min was just a warmup run, but that was 12 yrs ago.

I don't know if the fisical exercise to you works the same as to me... for me it's not only for get the body in shape and healthy also is to get in good condition the menthal health realesing stress and forget the problems burning some energy with exercise... Last month i was kind of lazzy, so i was thinking do some jogging 3 times a week

Excercise for me is to get in shape. Running Expels stress and paintball relieves bad vibes. Biking for me is relaxation, just pedal and enjoy. The Hammock is for lazy day's with lemonade.
