I think I will go for a bike ride today. There nothing like good ol cardiovascular exercise. There was a time when pedaling 30miles was a cinch for me and running a mile in under 5 min was just a warmup run, but that was 12 yrs ago.

Pray I get back alive. . . .

Oh and Orange Sherbert is GOOOOOOOOOD.

I don't know if the fisical exercise to you works the same as to me... for me it's not only for get the body in shape and healthy also is to get in good condition the menthal health realesing stress and forget the problems burning some energy with exercise... Last month i was kind of lazzy, so i was thinking do some jogging 3 times a week wink .

Excercise for me is to get in shape. Running Expels stress and paintball relieves bad vibes. Biking for me is relaxation, just pedal and enjoy. The Hammock is for lazy day's with lemonade.

Well as all things go, it was a fairly uneventful day until I met the security guard, I quickly find within 10mins of talking that she's Inked, mod' and Loves paintball. I also find out I've got a fellow Jedi here on SG, and I've got the appraiser visiting the house today.
