Ok - I feel completely defeated. I drove round all yesterday tracking down a same-sized radiator and after finally getting one the plumber told me he can't do the work until next week. Right! (I thought) I'll do it myself... but no, I just can't get the bloddy thing off and am dreading making the situation worse. I know it's only a radiator but I feel completely defeated and deflated - some people say I am very clever but I can't even change a bloddy raditor - arse! 
On a brighter note my gf's nan is making excellent progress and might be allowed out of hospital tomorrow, Yay!
Our plans to move abroad are getting more serious every day as I feel so fed up with this country (sorry fellow brits), I saw a TV program yesterday with my dream - a log cabin in 8 acres of woodland - and for what we could realistically afford. I know nothing about Oklahoma so don't know if it's viable and if it's a better idea then the South of France!?
Things have been busy on SG, I now have acquired some friends which is really cool and means people actually read my ramblings

cuz i wouldnt know what to do and who knows how
long it would take the landlord to fix it.
as for oklahoma. its nice but like almost 100% humidity in the summer, and it can get very fricking hot.
not that i could say anything about france though.
and another down side to oklahoma...its illegal to get tattoos there... or at least it was.
so you would have to drive up to kansas..(complete craphole) or texas (see ks. description!)
or out you know to arkansas...which is pretty in the backwoods area, or west to .............holy cow i dunno utah????
