I havent updated this thing in ages, I feel I should do something to keep it alive.
Let's see,
Moved house recently. Back up to the side of town that I like. Its nicer than the creepy, haunted-feeling hole we were in before, alot nicer, but there's a drawback in that for the moment I dont have a room. Im living at the back end of the living room, sleeping on the sofa. Fortunatly I can get away to my girlfriend's house on most weekends until the garage has been converted.
I cant help but feel a little guilty that Im getting the garage turned into a room for me. Its costing my mum alot of money and I should have left home a good two years ago. It took me a hefty amount of time to finally sort myself out and go back to college, finish my A levels and all that and I feel like something of a sponge/waster/character in a Kevin Smith movie. Twenty, living at home, no job, plenty of ideas but no actual plans.
Actually that last bit isnt true, Im going to university next year. Originally I was going this year but recently I ate all the money I had in the bank and realised I cant go away with nownt in the kitty and no work experience.
So now my first choice is Cardiff university to do film, journalism and media in September 2006. Which means I need a job for the next year.
...any ideas?
I need money. Ive applied to be a bank nurse at the town's mental hospital, which means hanging around for a few hours awake and helping to make sure the crazies dont go....well, crazy. If I got that it would be peachy but I lack much experience having been a psychological pansy for a few years.
I cant think of much else new, but I'll put up something more entertaining when I have ideas. If anyone wants to buy me a 12" iBook in the meantime though, knock yourself out.

I've got to stop coveting those shiny iBooks. They look wonderful.
