tonight one of the superheroes of punkrock in my universe shows up to play nominally interesting music at my bar. i haven't talked to jughead in a long time, since i was last in chicago, but this should be at least interesting...right?

then tomorrow The Queers show up and play what has become one of the finest medleys of 39 second songs EVER. imagine hearing a band play, back to back:
