Yay. So running is now officially a habit. It's beautiful and sunny today and I went for a nice long walk and a 4 mile run. And to make the day even more pleasant most of the people that I smiled at today smiled back. The sun makes me happy. smile

being "back" is a relative term, but yeah, I suppose I'm back. Not sure what that amounts to, really, but it would explain how a strange name popped onto your list. What's been going on around here, anyway? Lots, it seems. Everything and everybody is different.
