Well enough of feeling sad and sorry for myself. Piglet and I went for a walk. He stayed in my pocket and liked all of the carved pumpkins the best. I went for the leaf collecting. It might be nice to lose all of your old leaves in a big flamouyant display in the fall and grow a shiny new green you in the spring. It would be too much work for me though. I'm more of the lazy evergreen type. I found some ginkgo leaves on the ground but couldn't see the tree anywhere. A guy walking down the street saw me trying to peek over someones hedges to see their trees and smiled at me like I was crazy. Or maybe it was the stuffed pig peeking out of my pocket.
