It's so funny. For the first half of the semester, I got into this rhythm, where everything just kind of fell into place. Then, once Fall Break hit, the whole thing got disrupted, and it really won't go back this semester. The next two weeks should be ok, but then we have Thanksgiving break (and I'm supposed to teach night class on the evening before break starts? Like students are gonna show for that 
). Then there are the last two weeks and then finals.
Oddly, the Spring semester, where there is a whole week break instead of two shorter breaks, goes much smoother.
There's something different this semester . . . for the most part, I simply don't like my students. I don't know what it is. Something about many of them just rubs me the wrong way.
