Today I want to tell you my story, to make you understand how machismo and retrograde today's society is still.

For those of you who don't know, I am a girl who lives in Bari, CAPITAL of Puglia, a region of Southern Italy. I would like to point out that it is a capital because it is not a village but a real city that has 500,000 inhabitants. Well, in this city he still lives a lot of masculinism and bigotry and not only on the part of men.
If you look for me on Instagram as @coyotecutee you will see that my name is "La tifosa della Bari", this name has been attributed to me by the media since towards the middle of this September I became famous in my city because during a football match, I wanted to lower my pants as a sign of exultation. I posted the photo on my Instagram profile that within a few hours went viral on social media.

Under the Instagram and Facebook pages that had shared my shot I could read comments of all kinds, from those who appreciated to those who insulted, but the thing that broke my heart is that 99% of the insults came from women. Women who in order to give me on me started to give me a ‘Troia’, to tell me that I had shown my butt because my face was ugly and to insult my parents.

Thanks to the media I was able to have my say in some interviews but despite this these women continued with the same insults.

I wonder why in 2022 the most male chauvinist people remain women?

I would like you to sincerely express your opinion because I believe that this is the only safe environment in which I can express myself.

@mama_coyote these people who insult you are just horrible people. I have different reasons than you, mine is because of my disability, but I only feel safe on this site and am not on any other social media site. Those people are simply noxious. I was lucky enough to be raised by good parents who taught me that if you have nothing positive to say, don't say anything at all, and to accept people for who they are. You have a beautiful face and obviously good parents as well to raise you to express yourself in whatever way you choose ❤ I know that it can be difficult to do, but try to forget the ignorant behaviour of those imbeciles and continue to be yourself. You are a gorgeous, strong woman to do what you do and the whole world should commend you for being you and not trying to change or be something or someone you aren't.
