A fluffer nutter is peanut butter & marshmellow. People on the east coast eat this as an icecream flavor or make sandwiches. we stopped for ice cream in NY. i didn't try any. I'm lactose intolerant. Then I was told about the sandwiches. I would've tried one of those if they were around, but doesn't sound like something I'd go nutter for.
