Let's be serious a moment. A little analytical. Why do we use the common phrase "lose your virginity"? Why do we not say: "When did you gain your sexuality?" This idea that we lose some mythical purity is, as everyone knows, completely bunk. What is so great about possessing virginity? Someone please tell me. I'm sure many men, like myself, perhaps a few girls, are experiencing forced, temporary virginity (i.e. you can't get none) and are not pleased about having again this emptiness. O sure it was great to be a virgin child with only the urge to play in the sandbox rather than the irrepressible urge to fuck something, fuck anything. But hey, things change. And there wouldn't be a population if we didn't have the urge to fuck or get fucked.
That moment you have sex, people say you lost something. Why is it loss when it is so clear that you added something to your life? Right there next to you is either a vagina or a penis; and folks I'm no mathematician, but that's plus one in my ledger.
So who's to blame for this notion of loss? That's right, you guessed it: The Christians. And all the other religious nutters out there. But no worries. It's all over now. No more of this "when did you lose your virginity?".
So today, go out and make some gains. Go out and fuck or get fucked, as you please...
